How long does a home inspection take?
Most inspections take 2 ½ - 3 hours depending on the size of home, age, and condition of the home.

A complete visual inspection of the home and it’s components that are readily accessible.

Do I need to attend the inspection?
You're welcome to join — it's a great way to learn about the home and ask questions in person.
When will I receive my report?
Same day delivery by email, contingent on signing of the pre-inspection agreement, along with payment that has been processed.
How much does a home inspection cost?
Home Inspection fees are based on the square footage. The base price for a home inspection at 2000 sq. ft and under starts at $475.00.
Do you include photos?
Yes, and videos if necessary.
Do you inspect new construction?
Yes.
Do you offer pre-listing inspections?
Yes.
What payment methods do you accept?
Online payment can be submitted through the stripe system that is available on the website by way of ACH “your bank” or by credit card.
How do I book online?
Yes! You can click the "book" button on the website and select your service.
What happens after the inspection?
The report is sent only to the client by way of email and can be sent to the buyers agent if authorized by the client/buyer.
